October 11th – Completion of the merger with Harmelia company (established in early 2010 by Southeast European Fund IV (SBF IV), managed by SigmaBleyzer, one of Eastern Europe's largest and most experienced private equity investors; operated over 70,000 ha of farmlands in the Kharkiv region) and becoming 5th largest crop producer in Ukraine
April – Completion of an €11.0 million bond issue, fungible to the bonds issued in July 2012
Output – 440,000 tons
Cultivated Land – 110,000 hectares
